NTPC's Halogen is a Performance Appraisal platform designed to streamline and enhance the process of evaluating employee performance, and it's one that has been successfully integrated into our operations.
For the 2024 Calendar year this platform will be utilized only by Management, Senior Leadership and Excluded Staff. Unionized employees will continue with the existing paper-based Performance Review process using the current forms until further notice.
