Services provided to you include (but are not limited to):

tracking your personal training and development accomplishments (eg. transcripts, certificates, course attendance etc.)

notification of mandatory training requirements related to your role @ NTPC

administering online training events; including access to GNWT My Dashboard | My HR (gov.nt.ca)

consultation on professional learning and development opportunities supported by NTPC

administering Application for Training requests generated through your performance management discussions with your manager
Application for Training Forms (AFT) are now available as K2 Forms through Powerline!
To make any new requests for training (excluding regular Health and Safety Training) please complete and submit a K2 Form. These will be routed through your Manager for confirmation of budget and approval and then will be forward to Human Resources to book and finalize the training.
