At NTPC performance appraisals (PAs) are conducted annually, on or before employee anniversary date. This process allows for managers and employees to work together to monitor employee performance. This process should be viewed positively—as a tool to enhance and encourage individual growth and performance.
For NTPC leaders, one of their biggest responsibilities is to build the capacity of our organization and to help employees reach their full potential. Our leaders must provide on-going coaching to develop employee strengths and work on areas where there is room for improvement. When carried out correctly, a performance appraisal can be an effective tool for improving employer-employee collaboration.
NTPC values its workforce and will endeavour to aid in employee success.
Please ensure that completed PAs are submitted to Human Resources for review and filing.
