Working in an industry that faces more scrutiny than most, it is important to celebrate our successes whenever we can. Recently, our T & D team earned rave reviews from the Band Manager & Chief Administrative Officer, Nahanni Butte Dene Band and Group, for work completed to support the installation of electricity infrastructure for a new subdivision in the community.

Please consider this email as an appreciation for NTPC Staff members Edwin and Claude. They were in community last month for new power poles installation and worked with our development corporation team and municipal staff. They are really professional, helpful and completed the work on time, making our new housing subdivision look fantastic and new houses operational!

Great work by Edwin and Clodualdo. Your efforts are appreciated by residents of Nahanni Butte as well as by your colleagues at NTPC.

We are asking all NTPC employees to complete the Guarding Minds at Work Survey between October 21st and November 8th, 2024. Your feedback is important to help guide our next steps as we continue to implement The National Standard for Psychological Health and Safety (The Standard).

Since the last time we ran this survey in 2021, we have done a lot of work to increase awareness of what psychological safety is and how we all contribute. We have developed You Matter at NTPC, and updated connected policies and processes that commit to a physically AND psychologically safe workplace.

Now, we need to hear from you again to continue our journey. Your voice matters, so please take the time to fill out the survey starting October 21st

All answers are anonymous, and we will only use aggregate results to inform our next steps.
