Days Since Last Recordable Injury

Recordable Injuries are workplace injuries that must be reported to WSCC:

• Lost Time Injuries (require the worker to miss work beyond the date of injury)
• Restricted Work Injuries (require the worker to work light duties during recovery)
• Medical Treatment Injuries (require treatment from a medical professional beyond first aid)

The table below indicates the dates of the last recordable injury by group.
