*** Guarding Minds at Work Survey 2024 ***
We are asking all NTPC employees to complete the Guarding Minds at Work Survey between October 21st and November 8th, 2024. Your feedback is important to help guide our next steps as we continue to implement The National Standard for Psychological Health and Safety (The Standard).
Since the last time we ran this survey in 2021, we have done a lot of work to increase awareness of what psychological safety is and how we all contribute. We have developed You Matter at NTPC, and updated connected policies and processes that commit to a physically AND psychologically safe workplace.
Now, we need to hear from you again to continue our journey. Your voice matters, so please take the time to fill out the survey starting October 21st **Click here to access the survey**
All answers are anonymous, and we will only use aggregate results to inform our next steps.
BACKGROUND
In 2019, NTPC signed a memorandum of understanding to adopt The National Standard for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace (The Standard) and since then, we have been working on building a program that brings together psychological safety, well-being and diversity, equity & inclusion, which are all important contributors to our culture at NTPC.
Through resources, supports, and actions, our commitment is to create a workplace culture which promotes and improves the psychological health and safety of all employees. This is connected to our core organizational value of People: We consider the well-being and success of every employee in all decisions.
We have identified five priority areas that we will focus on to improve our organizational culture. If graphic below does not appear, please click on File Attachments at the bottom of the page to see a pictogram of the five priority areas.

To support our program, we are excited to announce an important change. The "Mental Health Committee" is being rebranded as the "Well-Being Committee." This better captures our commitment to supporting your total well-being, which includes psychological and physical health.
