Congratulations to Ian Flood, Asset Manager, Thermal, who has been announced as the winner of this year’s AMP Capstone Award, which is presented by the Plant Engineering & Maintenance Association of Canada) Ian has been recognized for a paper he wrote in 2020 titled: “NTPC Asset Management Systems (Including the Management of One Critical Asset)”, which was completed as part of a course Ian took through Humber College in Ontario focused on Asset Management Professional Certification.
As the award winner, Ian has been invited to present at the MainTrain online conference in September. This is Canada’s largest annual maintenance and physical asset management conference exhibition and networking event. MainTrain gathers leading experts, practitioners and professionals from across Canada and around the world to share insights and strategies that support professionals and their organizations.
This is a tremendous honour for Ian and highlights the fact that NTPC is fortunate to employ talented and respected professionals.
