Take a Stand Against Bullying -- February 27

Image

On February 27, schools and workplaces across Canada and around the world will be taking a stand against bullying. Bullying affects many people physically, emotionally and mentally – over 75% of people say they have experienced bullying at some point in their life.

Pink Shirt Day began at a school in Nova Scotia in 2007 and has grown significantly over the past 12 years. Last year, people in almost 180 countries shared their support of Pink Shirt Day through social media posts and donations.

NTPC encourage employees to practice kindness and wear pink to symbolize that you do not tolerate bullying on Wednesday, February 27.
