Work on Replacement Plant in Norman Wells Moving Forward

Construction on the new Norman Wells plant began in July.  Since that date, Wildstone Construction has been progressing with onsite work and the building structure is currently being erected. 

In addition to the site work, Ben Smith (Mechanical Engineer – Hay River), and Al Mulholland (Electrician – Fort Simpson), recently returned from factory acceptance testing for the two CAT 3516B engines that will be installed in the plant.  The engines are scheduled to arrive in Norman Wells via barge before the end of September. Project completion is scheduled for the end of April 2019.
