Update to Element 10: Incident Reporting & Investigation

We have added Section 8: Reporting Outages and Electrical Incidents to Element 10: Incident Reporting & Investigation to clarify when an outage is considered a safety incident.  This information was first communicated to staff in the January 05, 2018 Health & Safety Alert: Reporting Outages & Electrical Incidents.  Please have a look at the new section.
