Thank You to Employees for Flood Response

Image

Responding to a series of emergency events requires the direct and indirect support of an entire organization. The 2021 spring breakup has been no exception, with floods doing significant damage in Jean Marie River, Fort Simpson and Fort Good Hope. Operational and T & D employees were on the ground in difficult situations for an extended period time making sure that power was available to customers as soon as it was safe to do so. Employees across all departments provided the necessary support to ensure that these workers had access to food, lodging, personal protective equipment and anything else required to safely manage the series of emergencies. Other employees supported customers as they sought to have their power restored.
