Sharing knowledge with co-workers is a critical part of the long-term success of any organization. Whether that takes the form of coaching, mentoring, training or something less formal, it is important that skills and knowledge be passed from employee to employee to retain that knowledge within the Corporation. As a small utility, it is even more vital that knowledge be retained and not disappear when people choose to retire, move elsewhere or simply go on leave.
Later this summer, Lawrence Neyando will be Acting Manager, Generation Support while Bob Eldridge is on annual leave. The two recently spent time together to ensure that Lawrence is fully prepared for this role and set up to succeed.
