The newly-elected Mayor of Inuvik, Natasha Kulikowski, toured our plant on December 11. She followed up on this tour by posting the following on her Facebook page:
"This afternoon I attended a meeting followed by a tour of the NTPC plant here in Inuvik. I love these kinds of tours, it is incredibly eye opening and I find it very interesting to see how the facilities that we depend on actually work. As someone who comes from the office world seeing engineering at work can be somewhat dumbfounding, but getting to meet the people who make it all work on a daily basis takes some of the mystery out of it.
