This policy will ensure NPTC customers and stakeholders receive adequate notice of planned outages and also ensure standardization of messaging and correct documentation of all customer communication in the event of planned outages.

Access the online outage reporting system at https://forms.ntpc.com/Runtime/Runtime/Form/OutageReport/ to record outages AFTER customers have been restored. Instructions and procedures are described in the Outage Reporting Handbook.
