Where workers report discomfort at work due to the use of keyboards, the manager shall complete an assessment using this form to assist in the identification of problems associated with individual workstations.
NTPC shall identify and assess all confined spaces in NTPC worksites that a worker may be required or permitted to enter. They shall be listed on this form.

A Return to Work Plan is required when phasing an injured worker back into regular, full time duties.
Form 14.14.1: Return to Work Plan shall be completed to:
- Record the worker’s abilities and restrictions as per the WSCC Functional Abilities Form.
- Identify Suitable Work (i.e., modified or alternative duties).
- Assign a monitoring and follow-up schedule.
The manager shall document all conversations related to Return to Work on Form 14.14.2: Return to Work Communication Log.
The manager shall document weekly and/or biweekly meetings with the injured worker on Form 14.14.3: Return to Work Monitoring.

This form shall be completed for each location, providing an inventory of all apparatus presenting arc flash hazards and the associated arc flash information.
Asbestos inspections are conducted to identify the location of asbestos containing materials (ACM), the types of asbestos present, and the condition of the ACM (i.e., whether ACM are releasing, or are likely to release, asbestos dust into the atmosphere). Follow-up asbestos inspections shall be conducted a minimum of annually on all identified ACM to determine whether there has been any damage or deterioration since the last inspection.
