This policy assigns responsibilities and duties for authorizing and managing the NTPC bank accounts.

The purpose of the Blue Seal Educational Assistance Policy is to provide support for current employees of the Northwest Territories Power Corporation (NTPC) who are Journeypersons and wish to pursue the Achievement in Business Competencies (Blue Seal) Program to enhance their job performance capabilities and improve their prospects for advancement within NTPC.

To ensure the Corporation's borrowing plan is consistent with the overall direction of the Board of Directors and the Shareholder and compliant with NWT Legislation

This policy was created ensure consistent application of collection actions on delinquent accounts throughout the Corporation and ensure that the Corporation’s risk of exposure to financial loss is minimized.
