The purpose of the Blue Seal Educational Assistance Policy is to provide support for current employees of the Northwest Territories Power Corporation (NTPC) who are Journeypersons and wish to pursue the Achievement in Business Competencies (Blue Seal) Program to enhance their job performance capabilities and improve their prospects for advancement within NTPC.
