This document contains a list of all 13 psychosocial factors from the National Standard for Psychological Health and Safety in the workplace, their definitions, and a link to a YouTube video. Additionally, NTPC has added Inclusion as a 14th factor that supports our priority areas.
Each video walks through a workplace example and resources or strategies that can be used to help improve the situation are demonstrated. These are very complex factors that will take time to understand and improve at NTPC as we implement The Standard. It is a shared responsibility to take action and create an environment that is psychologically safe.
This document is a starting point to help improve your knowledge on all the psychosocial factors and can be revisited at any time.
